Scope and quotation
Website descriptions explain general service categories. A project begins only when the requested material has been reviewed and a written quotation or scope identifies the deliverables, supplied files, milestones, timing, responsibilities, revision terms, exclusions, and fee arrangement.
Every project is different, so published fixed prices are not used. Contact the institute for a quote based on the actual document, method, data condition, deadline, outputs, and revision needs.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate project information, the correct file versions, applicable institutional or journal rules, complete feedback, lawful access to supplied materials, and enough time for the agreed work. The client remains responsible for authorship, factual accuracy, source verification, data integrity, ethical approval, institutional compliance, and the final submission.
Do not provide fabricated data, invented citations, confidential participant identities, unlawfully obtained material, or instructions intended to misrepresent authorship or research activity.
Delivery and revisions
Delivery timing depends on receiving the required files, decisions, and feedback. Milestones may move when material is late, incomplete, inconsistent, corrupted, or materially different from the reviewed scope.
Revisions are handled within the written scope and should be provided as a consolidated, specific change list. New chapters, new analyses, changed research questions, replacement datasets, new supervisor requirements, or work outside the agreed brief may require a revised quotation and schedule.
Fees, cancellations, and scope changes
The project-specific quotation states the applicable fee, payment stages, validity period, and any cancellation or refund conditions. Work already completed, delivered milestones, or agreed third-party costs are handled according to that written quotation and applicable law.
No website statement overrides a project-specific written agreement. If the requested scope changes, both the price and delivery schedule may change.
Academic and publication outcomes
We guarantee the service commitments written into the agreed scope, including defined deliverables, stated quality checks, and scope-based revisions. University approval, grades, examination decisions, similarity-system results, journal acceptance, indexing, and publication timing are controlled by independent third parties and cannot be guaranteed.
Support is intended to improve clarity, alignment, rigour, readiness, and the researcher's ability to understand and defend the work.
Files, confidentiality, and external services
Research material is used for the agreed service and should be de-identified where possible. Sensitive or restricted datasets require an agreed handling approach before transfer. WhatsApp, email, cloud-storage providers, and other third-party services apply their own security and privacy terms.
